Dollywood is home to Valley Carriage Works, one of the country’s few remaining working wagon shops, where our wagon makers craft a variety of authentic and handmade wagons year round. All wagons are available for purchase, and custom orders are accepted.

Dollywood’s live entertainment celebrates the very best in country, bluegrass, gospel and classic rock ‘n’ roll music presented by some of America's most talented performers. Dollywood presents four of the south’s largest festivals—spring’s Festival of Nation, summer’s KidsFest, the new National Music & Harvest Celebration in the fall and Smoky Mountain Christmas.

Refer to the entertainment schedule and park map upon arrival or online before you arrive. Then, identify any shows that you wish to see, locate the appropriate theatre, and plan your day accordingly. Theatre seating is on a first-come, first-served basis, so planning ahead can be helpful.

During the Smoky Mountain Christmas celebration, an additional complimentary ticket must be obtained from the ticket box office located outside the Celebrity Theatre to secure a seat for the Christmas in the Smokies show. Due to the show’s popularity, we recommend that you get your tickets as early as possible.

Adjacent to Dollywood is Dollywood’s Splash Country, a 30-acre water park open Memorial Day through Labor Day. The fun includes the multi-level Bear Mountain Fire Tower™; Big Bear Plunge white water rafting adventure ride; three interactive play areas, a 25,000-square-foot wave pool and 23 water slides.
